High performance qPCR The Biomark HD system is a high-performance qPCR that runs IFC in real-time or endpoint reading modes, providing PCR solutions to a range of applications. IFC Dynamic Arrays contain an array of channels with integrated valves that divide samples and reagents into different chambers, where individual PCR reactions take place. The 48×48 Dynamic Array combines up to 48 samples and 48 trials, generating 2,304 different trials in a single test. The 96×96 Dynamic Array combines up to 96 samples and 96 trials, generating 9216 different trials. In addition, the FLEXsix IFC incorporates six 12×12 partitions that can be organized into any configuration, in up to six separate experimental runs.
