Genomics core facility

The Genomics Core Facility provides support to CRAG researchers as well as researchers at other institutions. The Facility provides a suite of advanced high-throughput technologies for gene expression analysis, genotyping and other molecular genetics assays.

– Quality/quantity analysis of gDNA, DNA and RNA fragments in standard and high-sensitivity formats, (including RNA integrity calculation (RIN). – Genotyping and quantitative PCR with Fluidigm platform, 48×48 and 96×96 chips. – Collaboration in Molecular Biology R&D projects.
