The Confocal Microscopy Platform is a platform to support biomedical research. Its main function is to advise on experimental design, choice of equipment according to needs and training in the use, acquisition, quantification, and analysis of images.

Leica SP5 AOBS multispectral confocal with high-resolution high-speed tandem scanning and scanning system, FLIM / FCS modules and time-lapse incubation system. Leica SP2 AOBS multispectral confocal with high-resolution high-speed tandem scanning and scanning system, and time-lapse incubation system Zeiss AXIOVERT 200M inverted fluorescence microscope with Tª and CO2 control, with incubation cabin that allows you to work with living cells with both fluorescence and clear field. Equipped with fluorescence filters: DAPI, FITC, Rhodamine. Equipped with polarizers that allow the capture of images of polarized light Olympus BX51 microscope with fluorescence with double head. Equipped with fluorescence filters: DAPI, FITC, TRITC, TXRED. Nikon Eclipse 80i microscopes. Equipped with fluorescence filters: FITC, G-1B (546), FITC-CY3. Stand for macro photographs with lighting LEICA MZ 9.5 stereomicroscopes

Advice on the preparation and / or approach of studies. Training. Immunofluorescence of 2 to 5 fluorochromes. 3D and 4D image reconstruction. Colocation studies. Inter and intra-interactions (FRET and FLIM). Conventional fluorescence or clear field microscopy in living, fixed, and tissue cells. Time lapse Anatomopathological studies, of different tissues, stained by immunohistochemistry (freezing, or paraffin) and quantification of images.
