Functions

• Serve as a link between the researcher and the analysis platform.

• Advice and support in the design of studies, according to the needs of the researcher, in the presentation of projects and in the definition of the comparison groups required according to the type of proteomic analysis to be performed.

• Advice and support in obtaining/preparing samples, prior to sending them for analysis, to specialized units.

• Analysis and interpretation of the data generated by mass spectrometry techniques (LC-MS/MS) with the help of computer tools and available databases (free and licensed).

• Support in the in silico analysis that supports or confirms the results.
