Proteomics

The Proteomics Unit is a joint effort of Pompeu Fabra University and the Center for Genomic Regulation to create an innovative research infrastructure with a high level of excellence and sustainability to support scientists in the biomedical field. As part of the Spanish National Omics Infrastructure ICTS OmicsTech (www.omicstech.es), the Proteomics Unit is a national reference unit for proteomics analyses. The Unit's activities focus on providing high-quality proteomics services with strong added value to the research community through:

  • Advice, expertise and experience in proteomics analyses

  • Development of new methods and facilitating techniques for cutting-edge research and innovation

  • Training and the active dissemination of new methods and scientific advances in the field of proteomics
