In detail, the Centro Tecnológico del Litoral (PTLC) carries out the following activities:

Facilitation of technology transfer: It promotes collaboration between academia (universities, CONICET) and the business sector to transfer knowledge and innovation.

Development of R&D projects: It encourages research and development in collaboration with SMEs and large companies.
Participation in entrepreneurship networks: It is integrated into networks of incubators and other organizations that promote entrepreneurship.

The PTLC is a Sociedad Anónima con Participación Estal Majoritaria (SAPEM), where shareholders from the scientific, governmental and business sectors of Santa Fe and the region participate
