Product description
We offer in vitro and in vivo validated, custom-designed small-inhibitory-RNAs (siRNAs) and micro-RNAs (mRNAs) to biomedical research groups as well as biotechnology and pharmaceutical company clients.Biotechnology products, such as highly specific monoclonal antibodies and fusion protein complexes, have has been successfully used against extracellular biological targets. Intracellular proteins, however, cannot be currently targeted through this approach due to the inability of large molecular proteins to enter and survive the intracellular environment.
Silencing-RNA technology provides a universal approach to specifically modulate target protein expression regardless of location.
