Unmet Clinical Need: Detecting uterine readiness for Embryo Transfer
One of the leading causes of IVF failure is embryo transfer, with a live birth rate below 30%. It is generally accepted that in the presence of high-quality embryos, the uterus determines the success of embryo implantation. Nowadays, the selection of high-quality embryos is solved; but assessing the uterine readiness is done by counting days. Therefore an urgent unmet clinical need is to provide precision in detecting uterine receptivity and embryo-uterine synchrony to improve embryo implantation rates and IVF success.
