Visita a InnoRenew CoE (Eslovènia) – Blog del CTFC.pdf

Goals

Target

The visit to Slovenia is linked to the construction of the new Forestry Hub of Catalonia, of which the CTFC is the driving force.

The Hub represents a strategic initiative to promote the forest bioeconomy and sustainable forest management in Catalonia. This infrastructure is crucial to address challenges such as climate change, rural depopulation and the responsible exploitation of natural resources from Catalonia.

InnoRenew CoE is a reference center thanks to the know-how of its team that forms it, with modern reference facilities, large projects that they coordinate or the impact they have at high political levels (for example through WoodPoP – the European Wood Policy Platform).

Knowledge Transfer

Best ptractices

The commitment on the part of the center will be, in addition to the corresponding report, to present to the Transfer Community:

• Slovenian Hub Model

• Explanation of the proposed model of the Catalan Forestry Hub

• Interest in the CERCA system and expected synergies
