Ephion Health provides a digital platform that unifies patient mobility data to aid in clinical trials, healthcare research, and clinical care. We develop digital biomarkers using data captured from 3rd party wearable sensors that can be used to accurately measure treatment effects in clinical trials and patient care.

By digitizing the most common functional gait assessment tests (i.e 6 Minute Walk Test) our platform improves objectivity and reliability in the monitoring of diseases that affect mobility.

OUR SOLUTION
Data Capture
With the touch of a single button, the Ephion Health App registers and integrates data from multiple wearables.
AI Powered Data Analysis
Our algorithms calculate several measures of behavioral and physiological function. Through machine learning we combine these into a composite score that acts as a novel digital biomarker.
Digital Endpoints
We work with patients, physicians and pharmaceutical companies to demonstrate that our digital endpoints acceptably measure and predict a clinical state in the defined context of use.

OUR TECHNOLOGY
Wearables: Biomechanical & physiological data is captured from 3rd party wearable sensors during gait and sent to our app.
App: The app guides the healthcare professional through the process of connecting sensors and performing the test.
Servers: When a test finishes, the app securely and anonymously sends the recorded data to Ephion Health’s servers to be analysed with our proprietary ML algorithms.
Results:Clinically relevant biomechanical & physiological parameters are sent to the physician together with the AI derived score.
